Do you have an origin account? I've wanted this game for so long now I finally got it and now it won't work I am almost in tears someone please help. If the box isn't coming up, come out of the set up. It is steps 2, 3 and 4 on this link thread. When you click on continue, there should be a box that comes up where you can sign into your origin accoint and type in the product code to activate the game on your account. Then go to your My Games section, click on the Sims 4 picture and download/install from there. ![]() Then on the drop down list, click " redeem product code" Then type in your Sims 4 product code. Click the origin label at the top of the screen.
